Welcome to XHub ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the XHub platform, including all related services, features, content, and applications (collectively, the "Service").

2. Definitions

• Platform: The XHub forex bureau management platform and all its components.
• User: Any individual or entity that accesses or uses the Service.
• Bureau: A forex bureau or currency exchange business registered on the platform.
• Transaction: Any currency exchange, negotiation, or related activity conducted through the platform.

3. Account Registration and Requirements

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your account and password
• Accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account
• Complete the required profile setup process

For forex bureaus, additional verification may be required, including business license validation, location verification, and compliance with local regulations.

4. Platform Services

XHub provides the following services:

• Bureau Management: Profile verification, license management, location tracking, and rate management.
• Currency Exchange: Access to real-time forex rates, market monitoring, transaction history, and rate comparisons.
• Communication: Real-time chat, transaction requests, rate negotiations, and chat history.
• Analytics: Transaction tracking, market analysis, user statistics, and performance metrics.

5. User Conduct

As a user of our Service, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Engage in unauthorized currency trading or financial activities
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent exchange rates
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform
• Use the platform for money laundering or other illegal financial activities
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service

6. Currency Exchange and Transactions

XHub facilitates currency exchange between forex bureaus but is not a direct party to any transaction.

Users acknowledge that:

• Exchange rates are set by the bureaus, not by XHub
• XHub is not responsible for verifying the accuracy of posted rates
• All transactions are conducted at the user's own risk
• Bureaus are responsible for complying with all applicable financial regulations
• Transactions should be verified independently before completion

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by XHub and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us for account deletion.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall XHub, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
• Currency exchange rates or transactions conducted through the platform

10. Disclaimer

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of our principal place of business, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
